margaret Leary About 18 months ago, before Covid upset everyones routine, I went into CR Rader Jewelers to see if someone could help enclose a lock of hair into an old gold locket. It was a tricky fit, and I had unsuccessfully visited a number of shops previously. The man (Mr. Rader?) behind the counter spent at least an hour trying various tools and tactics until he was successful. I did not know the shop or man who rescued me, but he solved my long-standing problem. The cost? Nothing - despite my attempts to at least pay for his time. His was a courtly gesture and greatly appreciated. In my estimation, CR Rader Jewelers rates highly.

Nancy Lepera Sayat and Selin did an amazing job on my ring in their new Dawsonville location. I had an old post that one prong was broken and another damaged. Sayat showed me a new setting that would make it look like new again. Thank you for your excellent workmanship.

K. A. We want to highly recommend Privée Diamonds Direct in Alpharetta for custom ring design. Jonathan is amazing and so talented. My fiancé surprisingly proposed to me earlier this year with a very special "placeholder" ring, and with the intention of us designing something even more special together as my final ring. Absolutely love that he did it this way! Long story short, I of course said “YES” and after much research on where to get a custom ring made we ended up going to Privée Diamond Direct to have the ring created to exactly what we wanted. The entire experience was perfect and so meaningful that we could do it together. John Paggett Amir gave us a great deal on a bracelet and earrings we were purchasing for my mother. He was very hospitable and attentive as soon as we walked in to the store. Here’s the kicker. He had a higher KT gold bracelet I had previously bought from another shop with more weight and a better price. Will recommend Tribeca diamonds to anyone looking for jewelry! And ask for my man Amir!

Lauren .Rives Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

He listened patiently to all my ideas and concerns. He answered all my questions. He kept me informed and involved every step of the way.
