5 /5 Lauren .Rives: Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Sakura Therrien: My husband and I saw these beautiful plate in the window. It was incredible-showing the historical places of Savannah, GA. We came back the next day when the store opened. Oh, how I have forgotten the Southern hospitality of this lady - Jackie. She was and is awesome! The flair she had for the item and it felt like being at home with family. She packed the plates well and even sealed the bottom of the bag to make sure it held the weight of the plates. She was kid to us and I just wanted to hug her. My twins thought she was nice and she asked us about them. Classy lady. Highly recommend Jackie and Levy Jewelers.

5 /5 Liz C: Best jewelry store. Fabulous friendly staff. I stopped in with my beautiful little Havanese dog on our recent trip to Savannah. David greeted me at the door introducing me to the extensive store with a variety of all styles of jewelry by a number of well known designers. Jackie and Mary Grace made us feel very welcome as they pampered my little dog while I perused the summer jewelry sale. I was looking for the perfect little gift to remember our trip to Savannah and found a great deal on a beautiful necklace and pair of earrings. We will definitely stop by again on our next trip to Savannah.

5 /5 Austin Cupp: I had a great experience. I went to one location to see what they had and one piece I had my eye on was out of stock at the first location. They called the other to confirm it was stocked there and I went over to pick it up. Very inviting and helpful staff. I would do business there again.

She is a lovely lady who helped us pick out a few fun pieces to take home with us. Wonderful selection of jewelry. Jackie was very thoughtful and attentive. Will definitely visit when back in Savannah!
