5 /5 Chris Nuzum: My Rolex band lost the pin and I was out of town and found Lance Jewelry. Harrison waited on me and fixed the band, and didn’t even charge me. Cumming Georgia is lucky to have the best jewelry store in the area. Thanks again! Highly recommended!!

5 /5 Jennifer Kimble: I took my wedding ring in to have the prongs replaced - it’s been 25 years - so needed some love. Lance called me personally the next day suggesting we do some minor updates to it instead of just replacing with the same design. He even sent me images after hours of what he had in mind. His design suggestions made sense and were very reasonably priced. One big change was how the diamond is set. Since it’s an oval it is difficult to showcase the shape - his new setting design is perfect and a lot more modern looking. Lance gave me such specialized service, it’s no wonder that his shop has such a great reputation in Forsyth County. I feel like I made a friend - great customer care. Highly recommend them.

2 /5 C S: Took a challenge coin to get engraved was told it would be ready in a week (8/12). Went by at 1:00. They had no idea where it was. Eventually was told it was at another location and would be at the store ready to pick up at 5:00. Got there at 5:00 and was told he was finishing it up. If I had not gone in at 1:00 and waited until 4:30-5:00 then it would not have been done at all. Was never at a different location. It was there but never got touched in a week. Then they charge $2 per letter / number. Will NEVER set foot back in there.

1 /5 Rachelle Dorsey: Worst customer service ever!! I was told that I could come in and have my watch battery changed. It would take 10 minutes if there was no one in the store there was no one in the store. I was told to be there no later than 445 as they closed at 5 PM. I showed up at 4:25 for them to tell me that they had to keep my watch overnight it could not get to it until tomorrow. There were no customers in the store at all. Everybody was sitting on their ass and I obviously didn’t wanna do anything for the rest of the day so they lost this business and I hope many more follow soon. I do not recommend this to anyone they cared about they cared more about cell phones in their hands! Not to mention my time and gas money wasted so that was money out of my pocket right there will never support this company ever!!!!!
