2 /5 Emily: Customers be ware if your shop at Gem Shopping. Theres a reason why they never list diamond/gemstone clarity grading on any jewelry pieces that they sell that arent $15k or higher then you may see that they opted to get appraisal but trust me youre paying for it as well. The hosts only scream on every single piece no matter how junky it maybe, they scream how high grade it is just to get you to " SAY SOLD" & handover your hated earned cash so it goes into their pockets. Ive had several pieces purchased for me till I stopped buying from here, bc Id have them appraised & was disappointed at the results. Then of course anything you buy, Gem Shopping charges you high high shipping+insurance & if you return an item it takes months, they try & make excuses to not except return, then once you get the refund, in the end youre still out hundreds of dollars for the shipping to get the piece AND they make you pay to return it as well + insure it! So you have no jewlery bc you returned it due to false advertisement & it cost you $100s+ in shipping fees. Buyer beware, before you buy, ask for the actual grading for diamonds & gemstones from their gemology dept so you have proof so you dont end up paying hundreds for nothing in the end.

Just call the 800 number on your television for all of your jewelry shopping needs. Ask for JC evenings between 7pm and 3am EST. Also, the customer service team is great and cares. Highly recommend.

Now that I have found TVON, I realized what poor quality & outrageous prices GemShopping has. Just wish I had spent my $10,000 at TVON instead

2 /5 STEPHEN WINKLER: I have a lot of experience with this network. If you buy from them please understand that you are paying full retail or more for your purchases. They love to yell and scream about great prices but it’s all a scam for most items. I find it hard to believe that most of what they say is even legal. Do yourself a huge favor and shop in person at a real jewelry store.
