Lynette Maton This past June, my husband and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. When he proposed, he sold his prized possession - his 1977 Firebird with T-tops, to buy me a diamond. Seven years later, he gave me the ring jacket with 7 diamonds on each side for our anniversary. (first photo) The diamond never lost its brilliance, but the ring design was dated, heavy, sharp and uncomfortable and Ive wanted to change it up for a long time. After looking for a jeweler who would work with me to create a unique ring using the stones in my existing set, I chose JWO Jewelers in Roswell. Today, I got my new ring. Reset from yellow gold to white gold, the diamonds shine with a brilliance I didnt know they could have. Many thanks to Heidi and Krist who worked together to bring this plan to fruition. Jamason Jamason I have been in their shop many times and I must say Mohammad and his staff are the most amazing people. They are extremely caring and nice. They are very knowledgeable and extremely fair with their pricing. They have an amazing selection of jewelry and watches. They do jewelry and watch repair. They have always been extremely honest and just great people. I don’t normally write a review for people honestly, except on extremely rare occasions when service is just so overwhelmingly great. They made a repair to my watch and they found out that I was a firefighter and absolutely refused to let me pay them anything for the repair. Believe me, I wanted to pay them something for their service and kindness but they absolutely refused to accept anything. I came in to repair a few pieces, ended up purchasing a beautiful necklace, and even sold some old jewelry. Joseph was fair, honest, and made sure I felt good about every transaction. Stina NCole This booth sold me a necklace that broke in less than 24 hours. I took this necklace back to the counter to have it exchanged and they REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT. SO IF YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COUNTER DO NOT SUPPORT this counter. They are rude and I will not support them EVER again. And then they give these snide nasty remarks.

Mike Bovard First let me say how laid back the environment in this store is. Corey is helpful and knowledgeable about metals and the market. There is no pressure whether you are buying or selling. The pricing and premiums are better than other shops in the area and way better than any pawn brokers or straight up buyers. I would recommend at least calling in to check spot overs and unders at the very least and stop in to check out the inventory and current prices for the right now deals. Remember: If you don’t hold it, you don’t own it.

Rob Weaver These nice people and their lovely dog named Pretty Boy made my visit to their business extremely welcoming. The replaced the batteries in five of my watches and put a guard on my wedding band to keep me from losing it. It was very affordable and I plan to return with other items of my own and my wifes to have repaired. Highly recommend!
