He has an incredible eye for jewelry and was able to get me the perfect pieces for my husband—a stunning necklace and a beautiful watch—both at amazing deals. My husband absolutely loved them! What made the experience even more special was AK fixing my wedding ring—it turned out absolutely beautiful, and I’m so grateful for his care and expertise. Jamason Jamason I have been in their shop many times and I must say Mohammad and his staff are the most amazing people. They are extremely caring and nice. They are very knowledgeable and extremely fair with their pricing. They have an amazing selection of jewelry and watches. They do jewelry and watch repair. They have always been extremely honest and just great people. I don’t normally write a review for people honestly, except on extremely rare occasions when service is just so overwhelmingly great. They made a repair to my watch and they found out that I was a firefighter and absolutely refused to let me pay them anything for the repair. Believe me, I wanted to pay them something for their service and kindness but they absolutely refused to accept anything. If you are looking for jewelry or watches or repairs then I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you M S Jewelry

I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!
