Both Ron and Joanne were great to chop it up with while getting a lobster clasp replaced on the spot. They also shined my chain up and made it look brand new. Will for sure be going back!

Rosie made it so easy for me to request the look I desired and end up with a lovely bracelet that I will wear forever, and she even coordinated where we could meet so that I didnt have to drive to the Mart for pickup. We had a bit of a mix up on the engraving, but not only did Best Jewelry fix it, they made it BETTER. With FedEx ground, I received the bracelet one day after the company made the quick fix.
