Joe Lewis Sunday I visited the store and Got disrespected cause I said I paid $600 for a necklace that I had on.He tell me I can’t try on a watch I have to buy it first.Not to mention I just was trying on necklace before he even came up but if you don’t want to be judged or disrespected don’t go to this place .He call you out you name even after I was trying be cordial but he don’t want you to look cause it’s fake he just want you to buy .0 STARS

Stephanie Powell Jewelers Touch is AMAZING!!!! I broke my necklace the day before going out of town. I took it to the store for a repair and they had it fixed and returned back to me within the next four hours. I was very pleased with the same day repair and the staff was so beautiful and pleasant. Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!

I didn’t have to help at all. We’ve been buying jewelry from them since they made my wedding band for me using our great grandmothers diamonds in 2017. They are honest & so helpful! 10 stars!

Cassidy I did a Silk Press in February of this year at Kalieai Salon and Spa suite 204 by stylist Kisha B, and it was soft, beautiful. You can tell she loves what she does because she takes her time and is very talented. I can say I have been living here for almost 3 years and this was the best Silk Press I every seen. She was very Professional and Punctual. I will be returning. Look her up Styles by Keesh for a 5 star experience.

Jerry Yu Solomon Brothers Jewelers was the first stop on our list of jewelers during our engagement ring shopping process, and they set the bar high.
