5 /5 Jasmine Byrd: I’ve gone to several jewelry stores in the past few months looking for engagement rings but this was one of the first times going with my boyfriend. We went to a different store and had a lackluster experience so we stopped in here on our way out of town. This was the diamond/engagement ring experience that my boyfriend needed to become more comfortable and confident in the process. Derrick was fantastic, he walked us around the bridal ring loop and helped us narrow down the setting type we were looking for. He then took us through the 4 C’s and then showed us some loose stones that complemented the setting we had choose (not just a gold ball sized stone to make a big sale). He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and completely turned around the shopping experience we’d had so far. We then got to browse some men’s bands while we were there. I’m so glad we stopped in at this location, I’ve never felt closer to feeling like we’ve found my dream ring than I did leaving Shane Co. today! 5 /5 LeToi Conner: My 1st upgrade experience was nothing short of AMAZING!! Lizzie is fabulous to work with. While I waited for Lizzie to become available, JaMere took EXCELLENT care of me. My husband just upgraded the solitaire in my engagement ring. We were able to go up two levels in both color and clarity AND to a brilliant cut (EXCELLENT) round diamond for... WAIT FOR IT...$15.00!!!!!!!!!!! I just had another WOW experience at Shane Co.!!

Most recently, I picked out a cross necklace for my wife, and Josh helped make the experience just as special as the first time. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and really took the time to make sure everything felt right. The necklace is beautiful and means so much to us. This is the kind of service that keeps us coming back.
