robin mace I went to Bradley and Elle with a vision of exactly what I wanted. After showing me several settings from various designers, none of them were ‘it’. Bradley agreed to make me the ring himself. Not only is it beautiful, but he did two fittings for me with wax molds to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier and have already sent friends here for their engagement ring. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, a certain associate, a long-time employee there, made me feel unwelcome. His hostile demeanor and reluctance to work with me on a loan for my two items were immediately off-putting. It felt less like he was there to help the community and more like he was trained to low-ball every offer. I tried to provide receipts for my items, but he dismissed them. Instead, he pulled up prices from a commercial website that seemed to be a wholesale site for businesses, not what a regular consumer would pay on Best Buys public website. I knew then that arguing would be futile; Ive encountered that kind of animosity before, and it never leads anywhere productive. Compare that to Eagle Pawn, which charges a more reasonable 12-15%, and Silver Dollar, which is 15-18%. Youll save yourself time, money, and frustration by heading to one of the others. My experience suggests Pawnopoly, being a franchise, might prioritize leveraging its assets over fair dealings. Patricia J Went here to have a ring repaired . Stone had fallen out and was told a $100. Gave them a Hundred, and was told they would let me know how much the repair would be by calling me, but know one called to let me know how mich the repair would be, so after waiting for a week . I looked at the receipt the girl gave me but it didnt reflect the $100 that I had given for the Stone to be repaired into my ring. After which my husband went to check on the ring. They told him $100. I then went in and told them that I had already given them $100. They said that I hadnt. I said , "well you have cameras in here why not check the day I brought you my ring!" SHE REFUSED! and said it was Security! A reputable Business wouldnt have a problem showing the TAPE if their was a PROBLEM? HOWEVER MY HUSBAND GAVE THEM ANOTHER $100 THATS $200 . PEOPLE, You might as well say that I just bought my RING ! WOW HOWEVER,"GOD SAID, YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SEW!" AND HIS WORD CANNOT LIE! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!
