Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.

They did an 5 star expert job repairing my blue aquamarine pendant, it looks brand new and sparkles brilliantly. I am very satisfied. They are friendly and professional, they have my loyal business.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately assisted with my concerns about my ring. I was anxious about the possibility of having a Moissanite or lab-grown diamond, but he took the time to educate me on the type of diamond I have. Brians extensive knowledge and years of experience in the jewelry business were truly impressive. Not only do they offer in-house appraisals, but they also have selection of bands to choose from at competitive prices - a significant savings of $200-$300 compared to other establishments Ive visited. They also offer custom-made bands. I will be going back. Thanks again Brian for all your help.

Rudy Williams We have purchased many items from Prospectors Pouch over the last 40 years and its always been a fantastic experience. We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered. Cant thank you enough Debra you helped make our 39th wedding anniversary one to remember.

Joseph Johnson Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!
