5 /5 Jay Cook: This was my second watch buying experience at Mayors Avalon, both for Tag Heuer Formula 1’s, and both were excellent experiences. My sales rep, IA was amazing both times! She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! This is just the beginning of a long relationship with IA and Mayors, I can’t imagine buying a luxury watch from anywhere else. Highly recommend! Update: Since I bought the two Tag Heuer’s, I recently stepped all the way into luxury watches and purchased a beautiful Tudor Black Bay 68, from IA, of course! It’s the new favorite in my collection, it’s so good.

Parvin was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went out of her way to make sure everything came together perfectly. Her attention to detail and genuine care made what was already a special moment even more meaningful. I also had the chance to speak with a few other team members during my visits, and everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The level of service here is truly top-notch.
