1 /5 Seth: My wife and I purchased our wedding rings at Kay’s (not this store) around 11 years ago and have generally had a pleasant experience there. However, while trying to take my wife’s wedding ring to be repaired for a missing stone today, we were largely ignored while other patrons that came in after us were assisted.
If I knew the names of the individuals working at this location I would post them, but alas I do not. But whomever was working on Saturday, July 26th at approximately 3pm EDT, shame on you. Shame on you for not paying attention or acknowledging our presence. After multiple other people were helped before us, my wife and I left, her in tears. So for a crying wife, you get a one-star review and the loss of our business.
