I needed to get two of my rings resized, and they did both in a much shorter time than I was originally quoted. Harry really walked me through the process, and was friendly and helpful throughout. Im very happy with my decision to go here. They also cleaned my rings and they sparkle like the day they were first given to me. Would definitely return here again.

I receive so many compliments on her lovely pieces. Lainey herself is one of most wonderful persons I know. I love going to her studio and just spending time talking with her. One of the best things she does is repurposing gems into a unique piece that has so much meaning for the wearer. I would and have recommended her work to everyone.

Mike Bovard First let me say how laid back the environment in this store is. Corey is helpful and knowledgeable about metals and the market. There is no pressure whether you are buying or selling. The pricing and premiums are better than other shops in the area and way better than any pawn brokers or straight up buyers. I would recommend at least calling in to check spot overs and unders at the very least and stop in to check out the inventory and current prices for the right now deals. Remember: If you don’t hold it, you don’t own it.

Corinne Bailey I absolutely Love Cumberland diamond exchange. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring set from in 2020. They were extremely helpful. The experience is amazing when you walk in, you have your own personal assistant that will walk around with you and look at all the settings. And help you find the one that you dreamed of being the perfect ring. They will pull out multiple rings for you to try on and are extremely patient as you do so. I tried on several. After we found our ring and how we wanted, they sat with us while we picked out the perfect diamond for our ring. They respected my husbands budget for the diamond. I dont know the budget, he did tell the jeweler and they brough out several diamonds within that budget. Then allowed me to pick one out. They even brought out a microscope for you to look up close to see the imperfections. They were all stunning! Over all my experience was amazing and I highly recommend them if you are looking for that perfect engagement ring, wedding ring, or set?.

Blaine Hunter Kisha was awesome she was very talkative in a Great way. she made me and my wife feel very comfortable and made us laugh a lot and made us feel welcome. She let me look at what ever I wanted to and never complained and was happy to do so. Someone needs to give this woman a raise because. I will definitely be coming back because of her.
