It is my experience that he deals with those of us who come to him with a small heirloom piece to be re-set or repaired in just the same way he would deal with a customer whose pockets are much deeper than mine. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and yet reasonable. I would never hesitate to take any request to him: for a repair, a reconstruction, or a new piece. Tucked away in the corner of a local shopping center, this business is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered!
