Terrall Putnam My wife fell on vacation last June and broke her ring finger and pinkie. That and a breakdown of our car made the vacation a disaster. Of course they had to cut the rings off her fingers. We had to wait a full year for her fingers to recover and the swelling to subside. The Gold Shop not only fixed the badly bent and cut rings, they performed it while we were on vacation this June and it wasnt expensive. Great work! We appreciate them so much!

Sanaz and Sherry are the best to work with and just so helpful, kind, and are able to help you find just what you are looking for! My mom has been shopping with them for years, and now my sister and I are, and we will forever be buying our jewelry here! We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!

tammy lee I brought 3 rings into Morgan Jewelers that I wanted to combine and make one ring (the rings meant the world to me and has so much sentimental value.) Jim took time and reassured me it could be done would be beautiful. Jim and Angie were so kind and patient with me during the process, and the ring is beyond my expectation I absolutely Love it not only is it beautiful, but it really means so much to me one of the rings was my sisters ring she had before she was killed in a boating accident 6 years ago. I would recommend Morgan Jewelers to anyone. Everyone who works at Morgan Jewelers is knowledgeable and patient. Angie and Jim have a customer and a friend for life. I didnt cry at the store when I picked the ring up but I cried when I got in the car all the way home because it is beautiful and it means so very much to me. I couldn’t think them enough

Instead, one of the did the nicest and most sincere thing I’ve ever been given as a customer—she actually took the time to show me how to do it myself. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. Not only did I get my watch adjusted, but I also walked away knowing how to do it in the future. Lauren Rodriguez My 2-year-old and I went in looking for a gift for his dad from him for his dad’s birthday. The owner and the woman there were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with my son and even played with him. We want something that would complement his bracelet stack that started with his gold Cuban link that had a diamond added for our son’s birth month. Ultimately, my son picked the beaded bracelet that ties the gold bracelet and the David Yurman my son “got him” for Christmas. Best service and quality. Thank you for making this a memory we will always cherish.
