Jose Calderon My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out

We came in without an appointment and were serviced quickly - within two hours, we had decided upon my custom ring. She was able to work with our timeline and craft my dream ring in ~6 weeks. Along the way, Laura was very responsive and sent us updates with mock-ups of the ring and was able to adjust things remotely on the fly at our request. Pickup was very smooth and cant recommend this business enough. SO happy we went in-person and a smaller business fort this process. Looking forward to coming back for our wedding bands. Emma Davenport Mickeys customer service is fantastic. My mother sent me a Mickey Lynn bracelet that she purchased at a shop in Chicago, but it was too big. I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!
