Absolutely pleasant and helpful staff and we visited on two separate occasions, buying a Turkish-inspired desk lamp on the second. She wrapped it up nicely for a safe drive home. So many items to look at from various polished rocks to art to lights of all sorts. All unique and make great gifts. We will definitely stop in again.

M.R. Loyd My mom had a pair of earrings that had a post that broke. I contacted the pearl girls to see about trying to rescue this pair of Beautiful pearl earrings. Shonda Was so helpful and so incredibly efficient in helping me get these repaired. She gave me several options. She helped in Giving detailed pricing information and was very communicative through the whole process. Once the repair was done, we got them very quickly. The cost was Competitive, but the work was outstanding. My mom was so pleased with the way they turned out. This is not the first time that I’ve had the pearl girls make something for me nor is it the first time I’ve purchased something from them. I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied every time!

SJ Melissa is the BEST there is in the jewelry industry!! We had been ghosted by 3+ “jewelers” before expanding our search and finding Metal Sugar, to custom design our engagement ring. Melissa is an amazing communicator and spoke with us non-stop during the design process. She got a CAD rendering made for us very quickly! She is very attentive to detail and will make sure you’re satisfied before beginning the design process. We had a wonderful one on one appointment with Melissa where she showed us a few different sized diamonds and different metal types, asked us about our relationship, and really gave us a personalized and unforgettable appointment. We will recommend any one who needs a custom piece to use her services! You won’t be disappointed!

Teri lavelle Horrible company. I purchased a mother of pearl necklace on line. Two weeks later I was told it had been discontinued and my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It has yet to be refunded. Why would they post a necklace that has been discontinued? BUYER BEWARE!!!

Keoiness Brown I went into Jareds and the atmosphere was so inviting. I was looking for a birthday gift for my mother a nice bracelet. A sales associate by the name Katina offered her assistance. She was knowledgeable of the product. She took her time with me because it was alot to take in. I ended up buying my mother a nice diamond bracelet all because Katina help me realize that the bracelet is something that could be past down and I have a daughter. Angie Rigney Roger is really REALLY good at what he does. He is particular about the pieces he sells: every one of them is just lovely and top quality. It is my experience that he deals with those of us who come to him with a small heirloom piece to be re-set or repaired in just the same way he would deal with a customer whose pockets are much deeper than mine. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and yet reasonable. I would never hesitate to take any request to him: for a repair, a reconstruction, or a new piece. Tucked away in the corner of a local shopping center, this business is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered!
