5 /5 Lauren McDaniel: My husband trusted John Paul jewelers with resizing his grandmother’s ring for our engagement and they did a phenomenal job! Their attention to detail produced a high quality result that also preserved the intricate details of the vintage ring. We went in to pick out our wedding bands and the staff members were so helpful. They assisted us in picking husband’s ring and then made a custom band to fit my engagement ring. The custom band, although new, matches the style of the heirloom ring so well. Our rings were ready within a month of us placing the order. They took such great care of us during our wedding season and we look forward to working with them in the future for all of our jewelry needs!

5 /5 Cheng Her: I had a ring that needed to be resized from size 7 to a 4. I spoke with a different jewelry place and they informed me it would be impossible to resize my ring without causing the stones to be unstable. I saw that John Pauls Jewelers said they can do anything, so I wanted to see if it was true. I spoke with Norene and she said it would be possible, however, there may be some discoloration due to the material. When I picked up the ring, it fit perfectly and there were no discolorations! They really can do anything! I will be coming back here for all my jewelry needs.

My circumstances had changed unexpectedly and I wanted to get a ring made in literal days, and I was incredibly lucky that Norene at John Paul’s was able to help. They have a beautiful and diverse selection of jewelry on hand, and Norene was able to get exactly the ring that I wanted to ship the very next day. They immediately fitted the diamond I had brought, and customized the ring to the exact specifications I had asked for. Through this whole process, Norene was incredibly patient, helpful, and communicative. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful, better than my fiancé or I had even imagined, and she absolutely loved it. 1 /5 Jennifer Johnson: I ordered a necklace and didn’t like the chain and wanted a different one. They charged me for the original chain because she cut the chain before I saw the necklace. Not happy about paying for a chain I never received. I was hoping for better service since this is a local business.

5 /5 Brandon King: JP showed me a variety of rings he had on display as well as dozens of different designs in his catalogs so I could get an idea of what I wanted. I drew out a hand sketch of the unique diamond engagement ring I wanted, and Eric was able to translate that drawing into a 3D model of exactly what I had in mind! Eric even called me a couple of times to discuss design ideas during the CAD process to be sure everything was right. I needed the ring done within 4 weeks from my first visit. JP ordered the stones and they had the ring finished and ready for pickup in less than 3 weeks!!! The ring turned out even more beautiful than Id imagined, and Im now happily engaged!
