I went there to buy a Presidential Rolex watch for myself and ended up buying One for my daughter and five other pieces of jewelry, Because the prices were unbelievably great and affordable!! tammy lee I brought 3 rings into Morgan Jewelers that I wanted to combine and make one ring (the rings meant the world to me and has so much sentimental value.) Jim took time and reassured me it could be done would be beautiful. Jim and Angie were so kind and patient with me during the process, and the ring is beyond my expectation I absolutely Love it not only is it beautiful, but it really means so much to me one of the rings was my sisters ring she had before she was killed in a boating accident 6 years ago. I would recommend Morgan Jewelers to anyone. Everyone who works at Morgan Jewelers is knowledgeable and patient. Angie and Jim have a customer and a friend for life. I didnt cry at the store when I picked the ring up but I cried when I got in the car all the way home because it is beautiful and it means so very much to me. I couldn’t think them enough

Jay Cook This was my second watch buying experience at Mayors Avalon, both for Tag Heuer Formula 1’s, and both were excellent experiences. My sales rep, IA was amazing both times! She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! This is just the beginning of a long relationship with IA and Mayors, I can’t imagine buying a luxury watch from anywhere else. Highly recommend! Update: Since I bought the two Tag Heuer’s, I recently stepped all the way into luxury watches and purchased a beautiful Tudor Black Bay 68, from IA, of course! It’s the new favorite in my collection, it’s so good.

Amy Mese I went into this store this weekend. I was looking for something in particular and the KS store in Jacksonville told me they were out of stock and would not be making this item anymore. I went into my local store and Kaitlynn told me she thought they were also out of stock, but she would double check the back for me. She found the rose gold Rayne I was looking for, along with the Danielle earrings at the color bar. She even went on a hunt around the store looking for the stone I was looking for. She was so attentive, nice and helpful. If it was not for her, I would not have got exactly what I was looking for— which was the limited addition pink abalone stones. I just wanted them to know how lovely she is. I wish all KS employees were as helpful as her!
