1 /5 Eileen Wilson: 4 months wait on two small silver repairs with NO return call when I inquired. They tell you not to call them as they will tell YOU when they are ready. 4 months and they act crappy toward you. Dont bother. Save yourself

5 /5 Ashleigh Rogers: i dropped off my grandmothers ring for resizing and not only were the lovely ladies working the front desk super kind they were also extremely patient with all the questions i had! Thanks to the owner as well i was able to drop in on a day they were closed and pick up my ring so i would have it for a special event! i cannot praise Hubbell Proctor enough

5 /5 Krystal Perez: My husband and I asked Meghan to combine the gold and diamonds from my first engagement ring and my first anniversary ring to create my “forever wedding ring,” and we could not be more thrilled with the outcome. Meghan found the perfect way to incorporate all the materials into a beautiful design, and she managed to get it done by our travel deadline despite a delay with our stones’ delivery. On top of all that, she, Morgan, and Travis were all just really lovely people to interact with at the store. We’ll definitely be using and recommending them as our jewelers from now on!

She worked with us to turn a family piece into something that reflected my tastes while honoring the previous women in my family that have worn these stones, and we were blown away by the final piece! Not only was Meghan thorough and attentive and paid attention to every detail I threw at her (which was a LOT!!!), but she also managed to complete my ring under a major time constraint that we placed on her! She was so very patient with all the changes and requests I had, and answered every question quickly and kindly! To say she went above and beyond for us just doesn’t seem to do her work justice! She is a brilliant artist and phenomenal person and I simply cannot praise her enough! I knew from the second we walked into her shop (which is so beautiful and charming!!!) that we had finally found the right place, and we were right! Thank you, Hubbell Proctor Design!!!
