The customer service is top notch, and the whole team is friendly and professional. I also really appreciated that Manuk let me be there for the actual ring setting! It made the experience even more meaningful. After wearing the ring for a few days, I realized it needed a slight resize, and he was more than happy to accommodate. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!
