Jane Barnes On a recent trip to Savannah, I shopped in this unique boutique. The staff was unbelievably helpful and I could have purchased way more than I did. I took my neatly wrapped package and hurried off for my carriage ride. We enjoyed our brief but lovely morning and hurried back to our hotel with barely enough time to get ready for the wedding we were attending. I opened the package to take out the wrap that I had purchased to wear on the chilly evening only to find out that a different wrap had been placed in my bag. I called the shop owner, and explained what had happened. With 45 minutes left before departure for the wedding, I really didnt know what could be done. The owner was so gracious and apologetic. She asked me where I was staying (which was 30 minutes from downtown Savannah. She then told me she would deliver the correct wrap to my hotel and it would be there before I had to leave for the wedding. Now that folks is what I call customer service above and beyond any I had ever experienced! I have told everyone I have seen about this. To the owner, I wish to express my sincere thanks. She was gracious and entirely generous in her service to this North Carolina lady, who she might never see again. I highly recommend that when you visit Savannah that you visit this shop and spend lots of your money there! This was 10 star service!!!

RacKeTa Incorporated They have been my Jewler for over 18 years. I purchased my husbands wedding band, and all of my gold necklaces and Jade charms from them and I have always received a fair price. The most impressive part is that they can upgrade or customize existing jewelery. I had a diamond added to my engagement ring every year for 8 years and we created a special design to hold all of the charms for my necklace. I hate that hes retiring.

De F Recently, I visited this Zales during a special diamond show event. In addition to their everyday wide selection, they also had many diamonds and settings to build a unique piece. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Aaron assisted me with creating a free Zales account so that I can save jewelry that I like, be notified of special promotions in their store, and earn rewards for my purchases. If you are looking to buy a beautiful piece in a no pressure, friendly setting, I highly recommend checking out this location and working with Aaron. The store is new, clean, well stocked and they can also order items for you. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.
