The hats, accessories, and little gift items are all beautifully displayed and make it hard to leave empty-handed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely worth a stop if you’re walking along River Street.

J. P. Fair price and the best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Mom and Pop shop with the work bench on full display so very interesting to see your jewelry worked on in real time. Both Ron and Joanne were great to chop it up with while getting a lobster clasp replaced on the spot. They also shined my chain up and made it look brand new. Will for sure be going back!

Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!

I had the pleasure of stopping in here to buy my wife a gift for her birthday… I must say I was very impressed with how personable, polite, and courteous these people are. The new owner Alison has a great personality which shines through in her effort to create a positive customer experience and provide value to every customer! She is constantly working on getting an ample amount of diversified new inventory as well for all ages to enjoy.
