1 /5 Tyjean Moore: There was one girl who was there alone when we arrived. She stated that she had had a history of seizures and preferred not to do piercings and recommended that we wait until her manager arrived. She was sweet as pie. No problem, so we went next door for lunch until she arrived. The manager is the short, curly-haired woman everyone is talking about. She is VERY rude and should not be working in customer service. She placed my husband’s earring too high so he asked her to lower it, not only did she catch an attitude, but she treated us like we were an inconvenience. Shopping at Claire’s is NOT cheap and we work hard for our money and the piercing did NOT heal properly as it got caught in his ear when she was using the piercer, but of course we were ignored due to being an “inconvenience”. I WILL be contacting corporate and escalating the issue.
