INFP me Its rare that I have a reason to be at a mall. Being the introvert I am, I tend to avoid places where I might encounter loud herds, angry drivers, or forced interactions. I was pleasantly surprised when I chose to start my hunt for an outfit here, rather than risk the delay that might come with ordering via online. Penneys was a favorite of my Moms, so I began here. The store was clean and orderly. Things were in place. They had some sales which caught my attention and caused me to side-quest, inform others, and share the bargain details. The staff were friendly and they didnt pursue me, aggressively to assist me, which pleased me very much. They were polite and I felt like if I needed help, it was easy to find. I was reminded how most big anchor stores feel sterile- and almost like a rat maze- as each section bleed into the other with little deviation. The lighting, I both appreciated and hated, as it was harsh and too bright for my liking but when dealing with color detail, it helped identify the differences in shades or patterns a breeze. I didnt find what I was looking for but because they had the sale they did, I sent DH and son in a couple of days later to pick up a couple of things. My daughter went with me. We didnt go in the weekend, but midweek- and we went in the late afternoon- early evening. There were people there but no herds. It was quiet but active. We didnt use the water closet in the store and we didnt really browse beyond the first side quest. Ill have to try to make it out here more often.

Brent Reynolds My wife took me here to get a new wedding band. Jimbo was so easy to work with and he really made the buying process relaxing with no pressure. He even replaced batteries in 3 of my watches for basically the best price I’ve seen around Columbus. I will for sure be going back whenever I need something else!

Lakia Carpenter I love the sunglasses I received from Pretty Essentials. They are affordable. The order process is a breeze and the glasses comes in great packaging to ensure no damage to the product. They are stylist and unique. I would definitely get more items in the near future.

Tiara Tran Went here to browse and came across mini Graduation Gnomes! They were so cute I was going to buy one as it was, but Natalya was so sweet and mentioned that they did custom writing for the Gnome’s cap! Communication on pick up instructions were clear and timing was fairly flexible. Upon pickup, she even offered to wrap the gift for me, and it was beautiful!

Adrian Munguia Went by to get some links removed from my watch and everyone there was very generous and helpful. Will be shopping there in the future.

Alea Johnson Sam is awesome! I came in to get a repair on a chain I purchased for Christmas for my son and he was so helpful. Sam not only fixed my issue but I walked out with a chain and charm as well ! He is the bomb and I suggest anyone to come and see him!

Jillienne Farnsworth Wedding planning has been stressful, but this was the easiest and friendliest part so far. My fiancee had discovered this place while trying to get information about an engagement ring last year. Brett talked him through options, was very honest, and super helpful. So of course as we were searching for a place to purchase a wedding band, Decatur City Jewelers was our first choice. Brett gave us an honest perspective on what would be the best choice for my engagement ring. We were looking at a couple bands, and then he said he had a cool one in the back and came out with the perfect ring. He gave us a great price and it was literally such a simple process. He also cleaned my engagement ring and told us more about the history of the ring. It was so cool. And then my fiancee needed his grandfathers wedding band sized to his finger. Brett let us watch the whole process which was super interesting! He was honest about this process and what could happen, and it did end up breaking. However, Brett got in there and fixed it right up. You cant even tell! It looks perfect and even fits his hard-to-size finger. I am so happy we came here instead of some chain jewelry store. I didnt feel like I was being tricked or scammed here. It was a friendly environment. It is obvious that Brett knows what hes doing and he was kind and informative throughout the process.
