I’ve done lots and lots of research and visited at least 5 other jewelers before first visiting Rivier last year. Price, accessibility, inventory, and customer service mattered most to me and Rivier Custom Jewelry checked off each of those boxes. Last week, Rivier has done it again in terms of leaving me astonished. The third and longest necklace on my neck was custom made by them. Between my family and I, we searched all of the southern portions of Manhattan, NY and even South Beach, Miami, looking for a chain like this – a 37” Silver Figaro Anchor chain. I wanted it to be as identical as the shorter version on my neck. Anna and her mother, Nancy, searched everywhere for weeks on my behalf until they decided it was best to create it themselves. So, Nancy’s talented husband and custom jeweler took up the challenge and delivered splendid results. This family business deserves 5-stars for sure! Even though it wasnt an expensive job (very fairly priced), it was done with great care and communication. The whole staff went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the result...and I am!

5 /5 Laura Whitlock: This jeweler is top notch. They were helpful over the phone and even more so once I went in. I was asking if they could re-plate a gold plated ring for me, and despite my slight embarrassment, they didn’t act like it was beneath them to work on a costume gemstone ring. She said they’d be happy to and that it would be ready the next day. But it ended up being ready the same day! And the price was extremely reasonable. I was shocked when I saw my ring because it looked even better than when I received it a couple year ago. I thanked them for working on a costume ring with a lot of sentimental value and they said they love to work on jewelry that has meaning. I can’t recommend Rivier Jewels enough!

5 /5 arely angeles: I don’t know where to start from because I have nothing but good things to say about nancy and her husband , they are super dedicated to every piece they work in , and very selective about the jewelry they bring into their store , they’ve managed to work with my ideas and create exactly what I’m looking for , from my name with diamonds, to my necklace with kids name , my hoops are deff one of a kind , to cleaning my rings , the most humble people I’ve ever came across , extremely professional and loving couple ! The pictures don’t give their work enough credit ! If I could I’d give them 10 stars . I love them
