Genuine Indian gold is hard to get when all the other jewelry’s are mixed but their stuff is good Honestly u can just see the difference in quality and price compare to other stores when u actually in the store..Other stores in the Patel plaza is not as good. Mike Fleitz I had my Timex Expedition fitted with new bands. The bands were a tad too wide, but the gentleman shaved it to size. He then proceeded to fit the watch excellently to my wrist which is exceptionally narrow, usually it still slides with the shortest notch on leather bands. He made it fit like a glove, and wanted only $10. I tipped him double for his excellent service!

Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!
