5 /5 Niki Watkins: I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!

2 /5 iamc4mii: Unfortunately as previous reviews have stated, the customer service is lacking. When I waited in store for a pick up I wasnt greeted, helped, or even acknowledged when I came in or while I was standing at the displays. Multiple employees walked by without speaking or even looking at me. After ~15 minutes (possibly longer), It took for an employee to be called out by name in order for me to receive help. The next visit we were greeted, but the staff member seemed to be quite impatient during our interactions.

2 /5 DND: During Christmas I was told that you didn’t have to wait to l get an online order, you just had to come up and let them know and you’ll be able to bypass the long line. Fast forward today I came to pick up my Mother’s Day order and they tell you that you have to wait in line…. What’s the purpose of online ordering if you have to do this …..I could have purchased in the store. Do not waste your time ordering online..

1 /5 Robert Cooley: Strange. My description of my experience keeps being deleted somehow. This was a terrible shopping experience. After walking into the store and not being greeted I stood for another five minutes without being spoken to. I watched others walk in and be greeted and waited on. I guess I didnt fit their profile of a good customer. I just went to another store that sells the same products for the same prices and spent my money. Disappointing considering Ive spent a lot in their store on past visits. I even reached out to their corporate office and they have ignored my request to be contacted. Its a shame that the culture of this store had fallen so sharply from what it once was. I will not return to this location for any reason since there are other outlets to get the products from.
