Jay Cook This was my second watch buying experience at Mayors Avalon, both for Tag Heuer Formula 1’s, and both were excellent experiences. My sales rep, IA was amazing both times! She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! This is just the beginning of a long relationship with IA and Mayors, I can’t imagine buying a luxury watch from anywhere else. Highly recommend! Update: Since I bought the two Tag Heuer’s, I recently stepped all the way into luxury watches and purchased a beautiful Tudor Black Bay 68, from IA, of course! It’s the new favorite in my collection, it’s so good.

Anna Grace Jackson Diana has been so helpful in the repair process of my engagement ring. When it came back not fixed, she made sure to correct the problem and get it back to me as soon as possible. I have really appreciated her help through this process.

Sydney D She was the sweetest person ever! We went to her event at The Flair Blonde in Canton and she had tons of different chain options and a bunch of little accessories that you could add to the jewelry. She was so fairly priced and she was so kind and friendly. She gave us recommendations on different chains that may work/look best on my friend and I based on our everyday jewelry and had almost every option (or maybe ever option) in both silver and gold. She also mentioned that, if anything happens to the bracelets we got, we can always reach out to her to get them fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend her, the best experience ever! (Note: she did not do the top gold bracelet on my friend’s arm, she did the gold cross for her! But she did have that chain option available if y’all like it!)

The offer was very fair and was clearly based on the current market value, not some vague number. tammy lee I brought 3 rings into Morgan Jewelers that I wanted to combine and make one ring (the rings meant the world to me and has so much sentimental value.) Jim took time and reassured me it could be done would be beautiful. Jim and Angie were so kind and patient with me during the process, and the ring is beyond my expectation I absolutely Love it not only is it beautiful, but it really means so much to me one of the rings was my sisters ring she had before she was killed in a boating accident 6 years ago. I would recommend Morgan Jewelers to anyone. Everyone who works at Morgan Jewelers is knowledgeable and patient. Angie and Jim have a customer and a friend for life.
