3 /5 dalceada williams: The lady at the online and return counter delivered great customer. I was there yesterday around 4:10pm picking up my order. Also, I had an appointment at 4:45pm with Xavier at the salon only to find out that she doesnt do flat twist. When you book an appointment online, you pick your service and the hair stylist. JCPenney needs to update their website when booking a salon service. Match the stylist with the hair styles that person can do. I definitely will not make another appointment.

4 /5 INFP me: Its rare that I have a reason to be at a mall. Being the introvert I am, I tend to avoid places where I might encounter loud herds, angry drivers, or forced interactions. I was pleasantly surprised when I chose to start my hunt for an outfit here, rather than risk the delay that might come with ordering via online. Penneys was a favorite of my Moms, so I began here. The store was clean and orderly. Things were in place. They had some sales which caught my attention and caused me to side-quest, inform others, and share the bargain details. The staff were friendly and they didnt pursue me, aggressively to assist me, which pleased me very much. They were polite and I felt like if I needed help, it was easy to find. I was reminded how most big anchor stores feel sterile- and almost like a rat maze- as each section bleed into the other with little deviation. The lighting, I both appreciated and hated, as it was harsh and too bright for my liking but when dealing with color detail, it helped identify the differences in shades or patterns a breeze. I didnt find what I was looking for but because they had the sale they did, I sent DH and son in a couple of days later to pick up a couple of things. My daughter went with me. We didnt go in the weekend, but midweek- and we went in the late afternoon- early evening. There were people there but no herds. It was quiet but active. We didnt use the water closet in the store and we didnt really browse beyond the first side quest. Ill have to try to make it out here more often.

1 /5 Yaraset Andujar: I had a bad experience with the life warranty service on jewelry. I sent a ring for repair. I had to go there numerous times to check on the ring. Finally, they told me the repair would be $340. I told them I have a life warranty. They sent the ring back, and now it has disappeared. They cant find it and want to give me a $119.99 gift card. I cant replace the ring with that. This ring has sentimental value for me. It seems to me they just misplaced it to avoid fixing it. I bought things there for years and wont do it anymore.

1 /5 Dennis Ortiz: On 2013 I buy the 1st ring to my wife there, I put life insurance for any that happened be cover, last move I take wife take the ring to them for repair, a month pass No one call, visit the store and they dont know nothing, last week call saying that the ring got lost in the mail process. My wife is crying for the sentimental of the ring, the store Manager just want to give the money we pay for the ring 14 years ago, and not even want to try replace the ring for something similar or nothing, they want wife pay more. The customer service is terrible, the compassionate for the sentimental situation they dont care. Call to JC Penny they told us cant do nothing because ring was buy in store. They dont care about there customers we put that ring on there hands trust in them, and we have to pay more for another ring

3 /5 White Renee (Renee): There is always a good selection at JCPenney, the staff is always kind and helpful. But there is no good reason for the customers to shop and employees to have to work in a store with no AC. Do better for your employees and customers.
