5 /5 Errica Hahn: Leandra provided such an amazing customer experience as we shopped for an anniversary ring. I found a beautiful oval solitaire ring, however, I didn’t want to impulse buy. Leandra took her time showing us different style rings, she was patient and even hyped me up when I found a ring I absolutely loved. I must admit we didn’t buy the ring that day because it wasn’t on sale and I love a good sale so I went to visit the store a few times to make sure it was still there. I manifested a sale and sure enough Leandra was right on time and texted to let me know my ring was on sale! When I tell you I can’t stop looking at my hand… omg I’m in love and hubby made my day with this purchase. Leandra, you have a forever customer in me!
