5 /5 Anna Rentz: I had three expensive watches that I had had for greater than 20 years. Two of them had completely stopped working and I took them to three different jewelers in Albany to try to see if I could get them repaired. They told me it could not be done. Amanda took one look at them, called Ronnie and they determined that they might be able to be repaired. They sent them to the appropriate watch repair people and now I will be able to wear these watches, that have tremendous sentimental value, and that I have not been able to wear for over 15 years. I am beyond thrilled.
