Most recently Robert helped me find the perfect band for my halo ring and I left feeling so assured. They truly do work as a team. We took advantage of layaway for the bands and it was such an easy process. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Shawnee Gilbert: First off, we started at Shane Co in Utah, always a good experience. But my ring was losing diamonds often. We moved to Florida about 8 months ago and we had to drive up to this Shane Co in Georgia. This was our second time up there in 6 months and my ring has lost a couple of diamonds again! After speaking with the manager Jade (who is INCREDIBLE, listened and made us feel so valid) we were placed with Vee to help us find a new ring. We had the absolute funnest and most wonderful experience! Vee is hands down the best associate they have!! She took such good care of us. She’s funny, attentive, and after being with me for just a few minutes was able to pick up on exactly my style. I left with the most gorgeous replacement wedding ring. Both my husband and I are so so happy with it! The whole team at this Shane Co location is really close and they were all having a really great time together along with us. We felt like family honestly! They have a customer for life, and we want to keep Vee as a friend forever! Thank you Shane Co for making a tough situation into a perfect experience. We love you guys!!
