Andrea Nidess Cobb Pawn and Gold is the best in the area. Years ago I took some jewelry around to all the pawn shops around here to get the best price, and Cobb Pawn definitely had it. They’re always nice and professional. I’ve come back to them several times over the years and I always feel like it’s good business. Highly recommend!

We did not buy a single thing however they showed us such kindness that I would have bought out the entire store. They even offered my extremely tired toddler a balloon which he cherished. Antonio Fuentes Great little gem in the small town of Fitzgerald! I had the pleasure of stopping in here to buy my wife a gift for her birthday… I must say I was very impressed with how personable, polite, and courteous these people are. I surely found not one, not two, not 3, but 4 things for my wife here! Both a staff member and owner were there. The new owner Alison has a great personality which shines through in her effort to create a positive customer experience and provide value to every customer! She is constantly working on getting an ample amount of diversified new inventory as well for all ages to enjoy. I definitely recommend stopping here if your in the town of Fitzgerald or just passing through. Whether your looking to get something for someone else or yourself, keep this one on your list. Rene Curlee Needed a charm added to a necklace for my grandaughters birthday. Atkins Jewelry in Marietta had been my go to...but they closed for good! Looking for a new jewelry shop, landed at a place on Cobb Parkway but they said it would be a week before they could do what I needed done, and it would be $35! I found Arnett Jewelry, walked in and not only did he do the necklace, right then and there, took mere minutes....but there was no charge! Great customer sevice...now I know where to go next time I need jewelry!

D M All I can think of is WOW! The staff is so wonderful! My husband bought the most gorgeous Leo wedding rings for me when we got engaged and married, and now this stunning Leo anniversary band, it’s called “Leo First Light” which I learned that they cut the diamonds in such a way that they grab more light and prisms!!! The pic doesn’t do it justice!!! Not to mention that he got it for 50% off, they had to move inventory!!!

Elizabeth Scruggs I didnt visit the one store in St. Simons Island but I visited the website after reading a wonderful book called Gogo. If you arent familiar she is an artist that grew up on Cumberland Island and takes her jewelry inspiration from nature. Her grandmother was Lucy Ferguson (Gogos last name also) who was a Carnegie. There is an amazing history between those two also but thats another story. Her jewelry is known world wide and is very unusual and expensive. There are a few things that are semi affordable. I own a pair of trumpet flower earrings. If you get the chance read the book. Ours came from the Atlanta Arts Museum at an exibition she did there. Look the store up and shop. Until you know the history its hard to appreciate but Im sure you can find the history online somewhere.
