Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Joel Maxwell I came to Factorys to have an antique, family ring re-sized to use for my wedding. The ring was quite a bit larger than my finger and had inscriptions on it that I wanted to keep despite making it smaller. It was old, so you can imagine the job was delicate. Although this was not a high priced job, Harvey paid me a lot of attention and did an excellent job handling a family heirloom with care. I was at first hesitant regarding his recommendation on the resize (I questioned whether he wanted to resize it too small). But he was right and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect fit.
