Marcus Davis I came here yesterday as a first time customer and I couldn’t have been anymore impressed with not only our purchase of a 14’ box chain for our son (so he could wear his first black diamond cross), but also by the incredible level of service that was provided to us from Olesya. Not only did Olesya greet us with a smile upon coming in the door, but she knew the products, the history or the organization, and most importantly, she satisfied all of our needs with complete ease. Joe Lewis Sunday I visited the store and Got disrespected cause I said I paid $600 for a necklace that I had on.He tell me I can’t try on a watch I have to buy it first.Not to mention I just was trying on necklace before he even came up but if you don’t want to be judged or disrespected don’t go to this place .He call you out you name even after I was trying be cordial but he don’t want you to look cause it’s fake he just want you to buy .0 STARS

Jillienne Farnsworth Wedding planning has been stressful, but this was the easiest and friendliest part so far. My fiancee had discovered this place while trying to get information about an engagement ring last year. Brett talked him through options, was very honest, and super helpful. So of course as we were searching for a place to purchase a wedding band, Decatur City Jewelers was our first choice. Brett gave us an honest perspective on what would be the best choice for my engagement ring. We were looking at a couple bands, and then he said he had a cool one in the back and came out with the perfect ring. He gave us a great price and it was literally such a simple process. He also cleaned my engagement ring and told us more about the history of the ring. It was so cool. And then my fiancee needed his grandfathers wedding band sized to his finger. Brett let us watch the whole process which was super interesting! He was honest about this process and what could happen, and it did end up breaking. However, Brett got in there and fixed it right up. You cant even tell! It looks perfect and even fits his hard-to-size finger. I am so happy we came here instead of some chain jewelry store. I didnt feel like I was being tricked or scammed here. It was a friendly environment. It is obvious that Brett knows what hes doing and he was kind and informative throughout the process.

Kesi Spivey This is by far the best jewelry store I have ever been to! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I always make sure to visit to get my engagement ring cleaned when I am in town. Never a bad experience!
