5 /5 Erin Gowen Smith: This was my first experience using Forever Diamonds and I was very happy with it!! I brought my engagement ring in to be repaired because the band had snapped, and when we came in, Deanna was very wonderful and super patient with us and helpful in finding my information in the system. She also took a quick look at my ring and found a loose diamond that I didn’t even know about! I wanted to thicken my band as well as repair it, and not only did they do a beautiful job fixing it, it was done much faster than they had originally estimated! I’m so grateful that they took care of it so well and so quickly. I’ll absolutely come back next time I need a repair!

3 /5 Luisa De Loera: My husband purchased a beautiful jewelry set for me, 5 years ago from their Warner Robins location, and every time I bring it to get inspected, the ladies seem to be annoyed, and in a bad mood, and they make me feel very uncomfortable. UPDATE 9/2024- I went the other day to get my set inspected and the lady with glasses was so much nicer, courteous and my visit was so much pleasant.

1 /5 Ashley Ford: Id been watching this particular ring for over a year. The ring has been $300 for more than a year and the "retail" price was $600. 12/21/23 they had jewelry 50% off. Finally the ring thats been $300 for the past year is half off right.... WRONG! They raised the price to $600 and told me that has always been the price. Im like the ring was just $300 a year ago, a month ago and even a week ago. They are very polite liars. Stay away from them.
