Amanda repaired the bracelet and you could not tell it had ever been damaged. She completed the work in 24 hours for a price that was very reasonable. Amanda is cheerful and completely customer oriented. We are completely satisfied with this business and heartily recommend them.

I dropped my jewelry off at 10:30 and she texted at 12:30 to say my jewelry was ready! I was heading out of town the next day and was very happy she had it ready for me so fast! She did a great job! 10/10 I highly recommend!

2 /5 Elizabeth Coronado: I requested to have a wedding band contoured to my engagement ring, but due to miscommunication between business partners, my engagement ring was altered without calling for permission which ultimately caused permanent damage to my engagement ring. At first glance, its hard to tell which side was removed, but there is horrible cracking on the inside of the setting and dents in my gold under the accent stones that are still visible without a microscope. I requested to have the stone removed to do a better repair job, but they refused even after I offered to pay out of pocket. I am disappointed with the outcome as l have been a loyal customer over the last year and now have lost value on my ring due to poor restoration. It was in excellent condition and should have never been returned mangled.

5 /5 Eunice Yu: Honest and great place. Stopped by today to get my necklace repaired and it turns out it wasn’t broken, the clasp was just stuck. They quickly fixed it and they were kind enough not to charge me. I wanted to pay but they would not accept. Their kindness made my day.
