Cole Williams I’ve had to take my watches down for misc repairs and always very helpful. Wife’s diamond came out of her wedding band and they had it fixed up no problem. The lady I always deal with is extremely pleasant. I will definitely be back for that bigger diamond for my wife’s ring. Zero pressure from them if you ask for pricing.

Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.

INFP me Its rare that I have a reason to be at a mall. Being the introvert I am, I tend to avoid places where I might encounter loud herds, angry drivers, or forced interactions. I was pleasantly surprised when I chose to start my hunt for an outfit here, rather than risk the delay that might come with ordering via online. Penneys was a favorite of my Moms, so I began here. The store was clean and orderly. Things were in place. They had some sales which caught my attention and caused me to side-quest, inform others, and share the bargain details. The staff were friendly and they didnt pursue me, aggressively to assist me, which pleased me very much. They were polite and I felt like if I needed help, it was easy to find. I was reminded how most big anchor stores feel sterile- and almost like a rat maze- as each section bleed into the other with little deviation. The lighting, I both appreciated and hated, as it was harsh and too bright for my liking but when dealing with color detail, it helped identify the differences in shades or patterns a breeze. I didnt find what I was looking for but because they had the sale they did, I sent DH and son in a couple of days later to pick up a couple of things. My daughter went with me. We didnt go in the weekend, but midweek- and we went in the late afternoon- early evening. There were people there but no herds. It was quiet but active. We didnt use the water closet in the store and we didnt really browse beyond the first side quest. Ill have to try to make it out here more often.

Elvia Garcia Bernards Jewelers is hands down my favorite jewelry store in Statesboro! Everyone there is super friendly and really takes the time to help you find exactly what youre looking for. Ive gone in a few times, once for a little personal shopping and another time to repair my necklace, and both times everything turned out perfect. Cant recommend them enough

Tiara Tran Went here to browse and came across mini Graduation Gnomes! They were so cute I was going to buy one as it was, but Natalya was so sweet and mentioned that they did custom writing for the Gnome’s cap! Communication on pick up instructions were clear and timing was fairly flexible. Upon pickup, she even offered to wrap the gift for me, and it was beautiful!

Morgan LaRue Weaver Came here instead of Lenox because it’s way more quiet and intimate. Bought matching necklaces with a good friend and Hannah was SO helpful! She greeted us at the front and helped us decide what we liked best! Great experience, thank you Hannah!
