I explained exactly what I wanted and needed, and Noune provided clear, thorough guidance that made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was incredibly transparent, informative, and easy to stay in touch with throughout the buying process. I received exactly what I was looking for—and very quickly! The entire staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and trustworthy. They truly take the time to listen and ensure you leave happy. It’s a very traditional, customer-first approach that’s rare to find these days, and you can tell they take great pride in their work. I’ve been happy with every visit and every purchase. Highly recommend if youre looking for high-quality service and a personal touch of elegance.

1 /5 Alena: Steven needs to work on his attitude towards paying customers. He was rude when answering the phone and when I asked a question. If this werent a gift, I would get a refund. No worries, though, Ill never shop here again.

1 /5 Drew Sheth: I felt the staff was snobbish. The lady who was trying to help did not make any effort. One of the managers gets involved and took care of the issue but I would not recommend this particular store. If I am being honest I felt less likely to shop here as they are not really standing behind the product. Staff told me we only stand behind our product for year and after that you are on your own.

1 /5 Crystal Wilks: I was recently in town and stopped by Tiffany’s at Lenox to have some jewelry I purchased there cleaned. I was nicely dressed with a designer purse and carried myself accordingly. Needless to say not ONE sales associate attempted to assist me or even make eye contact. Several others entered the store and were immediately assisted. The security guard noticed me being overlooked and stepped in to let an associate know I was next and had been waiting. The Asian associate dismissed him and myself and continued helping the non minority customer. I was embarrassed, disgusted, and angry at the same time. What made it worse was that my 15 year old daughter was with me. She had her first experience of institutional racism.
