He has gone above and beyond all customer satisfaction that I can imagine, from repairs to purchases and resizing. With his help, I have begun wearing my jewelry again! If I could give more than a five star review, I would! The staff is extremely helpful! Leslie makes you feel extremely comfortable and she has a lovely patience with people like me! Couldnt find a nice matching wedding band to go with my engagement ring or a nice band for my soon to be hubby. So the Owner said he could order my finances and my band & make mine to fit what I was looking for. He did exactly that. Every time I call, I get to speak to the Owner / main man that is working on my order. If I leave message, he always gets right bck. He calls as soon as jewelry orders are complete. And My wedding band that he made, is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. I could not of dreamed for a better match to go with my engagement ring. Im ecstatic about the beauty of my soon to be husband and my wedding bands. You can tell the owner put his heart and soul and time into his work. Amazing. He also fixed the bracelet I ordered my son for Christmas in a timely manner. He sized my engagement ring in a timely manner. And I do not have alot of money.
