M.R. Loyd My mom had a pair of earrings that had a post that broke. I contacted the pearl girls to see about trying to rescue this pair of Beautiful pearl earrings. Shonda Was so helpful and so incredibly efficient in helping me get these repaired. She gave me several options. She helped in Giving detailed pricing information and was very communicative through the whole process. Once the repair was done, we got them very quickly. The cost was Competitive, but the work was outstanding. My mom was so pleased with the way they turned out. This is not the first time that I’ve had the pearl girls make something for me nor is it the first time I’ve purchased something from them. I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied every time!

Corinne Bailey I absolutely Love Cumberland diamond exchange. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring set from in 2020. They were extremely helpful. The experience is amazing when you walk in, you have your own personal assistant that will walk around with you and look at all the settings. And help you find the one that you dreamed of being the perfect ring. They will pull out multiple rings for you to try on and are extremely patient as you do so. I tried on several. After we found our ring and how we wanted, they sat with us while we picked out the perfect diamond for our ring. They respected my husbands budget for the diamond. I dont know the budget, he did tell the jeweler and they brough out several diamonds within that budget. Then allowed me to pick one out. They even brought out a microscope for you to look up close to see the imperfections. They were all stunning! Over all my experience was amazing and I highly recommend them if you are looking for that perfect engagement ring, wedding ring, or set?.

Emma Davenport Mickeys customer service is fantastic. My mother sent me a Mickey Lynn bracelet that she purchased at a shop in Chicago, but it was too big. I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!

She was knowledgeable of the product. She took her time with me because it was alot to take in. Catacutan Veronica (Miss V) Nedrick and Claudette are the sweetest people! We went to them for our wedding rings, and gave them less than a month til our wedding, and the rings didnt only get finished in time, they were absolutely beautiful and how we wanted them to look! Their website is so easy to navigate and their band builder is such an ingenious feature. Customizing jewelries is Nedricks forte. He is really good at knowing just how you want things and following them. Theyre great people and theyll definitely be our jewelers for life! Id forever recommend them to friends and family.
