B D Took a firearm in to get repaired. Expected to leave it for an extended amount of time, however, it took them only a few minutes to complete the repair and I was able to leave the store with my firearm. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and a simple trip turned into a new customer. I will be revisiting them for sure.

Joseph Johnson Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!

Stacey Sims My wife and I purchased upgraded wedding rings on 6/28/25. Branden was our sales person. He was absolutely AMAZING in his delivery of our product. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure an excellent customer experience. He exemplifies the strong characteristics of a manager. Elaine (Store Manager) was PHENOMENAL!!! She delivered a personal approach that is out of this world and made us thankful that we purchased from Kay Jewelers. She even stayed after hours to ensure that we were totally satisfied. Thanks Kay! You have a customer for life!!

Went in to pick up a pair of earrings that were ordered for our daughter the day before and ended up getting her another set while in the store. We had a great time with you. Elvia Garcia Bernards Jewelers is hands down my favorite jewelry store in Statesboro! Everyone there is super friendly and really takes the time to help you find exactly what youre looking for. Ive gone in a few times, once for a little personal shopping and another time to repair my necklace, and both times everything turned out perfect. Cant recommend them enough

M.R. Loyd My mom had a pair of earrings that had a post that broke. I contacted the pearl girls to see about trying to rescue this pair of Beautiful pearl earrings. Shonda Was so helpful and so incredibly efficient in helping me get these repaired. She gave me several options. She helped in Giving detailed pricing information and was very communicative through the whole process. Once the repair was done, we got them very quickly. The cost was Competitive, but the work was outstanding. My mom was so pleased with the way they turned out. This is not the first time that I’ve had the pearl girls make something for me nor is it the first time I’ve purchased something from them. I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied every time!

Lauren McDaniel My husband trusted John Paul jewelers with resizing his grandmother’s ring for our engagement and they did a phenomenal job! Their attention to detail produced a high quality result that also preserved the intricate details of the vintage ring. We went in to pick out our wedding bands and the staff members were so helpful. They assisted us in picking husband’s ring and then made a custom band to fit my engagement ring. The custom band, although new, matches the style of the heirloom ring so well. Our rings were ready within a month of us placing the order. They took such great care of us during our wedding season and we look forward to working with them in the future for all of our jewelry needs!
