He was so patient and helpful throughout the process, walking me through options and making sure everything stayed true to the original piece. He also helped me with 2 other pieces, sizing a gold bracelet and refreshing a cherished fashion necklace. We ended up having them make a new ring using our existing diamonds and its absolutely stunning! We also sold some old gold jewelry, which more than covered the cost of the ring.
