I stopped in to have my ring repaired and cleaned, and not only did they take care of it free of charge, but they did it while I waited. Talk about exceeding expectations! The entire experience was seamless and genuinely pleasant. The sales team was wonderfully friendly—warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to make a purchase. Steele’s has earned my trust and my business. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Jack Easters: Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I needed my watch resized and the woman who I delt with had it resized within 5 minutes. Getting a watch sized usually doesn’t take a long time, but she was friendly throughout the process. In the future when I need to purchase or have jewelry maintenanced this will be my first stop!

One of the necklaces broke, so I took it to them to be repaired. They decided to replace the necklace free of charge. No hassle or haggling about it. I was prepared to pay for the repair or a replacement. A lot of businesses could learn a thing or two from Steeles about customer service. Thank you, Steeles!!! Lifetime customer here!!!
