1 /5 Eason Cargo: This store does not stand behind its work or operate with integrity. Don’t expect accountability—even when the failure is clearly theirs. I had the battery replaced in my Timex Ironman Triathlon (100m water-resistant). A simple repair I could’ve done myself with the right tool. Two days later, I swam—like I have countless times over 15 years—and the watch flooded and died. It had never failed before. When I returned to request a refund for the battery replacement (not even the watch), they refused—and actually claimed the watch “isn’t meant to go in water.” If $20 is worth more to you than doing right by your customers, enjoy the 1-star review. You’ve earned it.
