Jay Cook This was my second watch buying experience at Mayors Avalon, both for Tag Heuer Formula 1’s, and both were excellent experiences. My sales rep, IA was amazing both times! She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! Ben Brown I went into Guven Brothers very last minute to when I wanted to propose to my girlfriend. I worked with the owner, Kelly, and she did a phenomenal job helping pick out the exact ring that I was looking for. I wanted 18k yellow gold with a hidden halo and the main diamond sitting lower on the solitaire. She found me the perfect diamond, quite literally: a VVS2-D 3ct Flawless diamond. It was such a beautiful combination of everything I wanted it to be. We will be back to get the wedding bands for each of us. And every piece of jewelry I need going forward, I will contact and work with Kelly and Guven!

Lauren Rodriguez My 2-year-old and I went in looking for a gift for his dad from him for his dad’s birthday. The owner and the woman there were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with my son and even played with him. We want something that would complement his bracelet stack that started with his gold Cuban link that had a diamond added for our son’s birth month. Ultimately, my son picked the beaded bracelet that ties the gold bracelet and the David Yurman my son “got him” for Christmas. Best service and quality. Their attention to detail produced a high quality result that also preserved the intricate details of the vintage ring. We went in to pick out our wedding bands and the staff members were so helpful. They assisted us in picking husband’s ring and then made a custom band to fit my engagement ring. The custom band, although new, matches the style of the heirloom ring so well. Our rings were ready within a month of us placing the order. They took such great care of us during our wedding season and we look forward to working with them in the future for all of our jewelry needs!

brian gordon Sometimes five stars just isn’t enough… This is one of those cases! We were in touch with Jodi originally just for a quick question. But, ended up liking her candid demeanor that wasn’t pushy at all, so after a couple of weeks looking for the perfect diamond where we live in Pensacola Florida, we ended up calling her back in Georgia to have her acquire and set the diamond in our engagement ring!
