After dealing with a nightmare with Atlanta West Jewelry and being treated poorly there, my fiancé and I walked across the street and brought our engagement ring to get resized here and it was the easiest, most comfortable process from start to finish. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and knowledgeable on everything they work on/sell. AND to top it all off, the price was $35! I had the privilege to work with Jack, who has been working for 20+ years repairing and creating jewelry at this shop. He was classically trained in Turkey, and does amazing work! Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent.
