Joseph Johnson Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!

Autumn Farah I had a great experience! I went in looking for a good cross necklace and was immediately greeted with kindness and shown all of the options. They allowed me to try on different chains and different crosses until I found the one that suited me best! Would definitely recommend them.

Connor Grant I had to get my watch band repaired. One place said it would take a week and charged $50. Another said they could fit me in the same day but it would cost $150. Then when we went here the guys did it for 5 minutes for free. Impeccable service. My next watch purchase will definitely be here.

Theyre all very knowledgeable in every product they carry. TVs (brand new with stickers on them still) great prices, jewelry is so beautiful and again, GREAT PRICING! Need to pawn something?
