Pat Monroe I brought a coin I had from the shipwreck of the Spanish galleon, El Cazador that sunk off the coast of Louisiana in 1784. It was set in a bracelet that broke and decided that I would like it to be able to wear it on a necklace. I also had some loose rubies and diamonds. LaRo Jewelers were able to create a beautiful pendant to hang on a necklace. The craftsmanship and expertise created this beautiful piece. I am over the moon! It looks so special. And I can also wear it with a silver necklace!

I receive so many compliments on her lovely pieces. Lainey herself is one of most wonderful persons I know. I love going to her studio and just spending time talking with her. Niki Watkins I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young ladys name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasnt terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer. I just want to say thank you for the awesome customer service to these young ladies and all the fantastic ladies I have dealt with previously! THANK YOU!!!

Alora I love that this is a family-owned and run business! I missed the daughters name, but both she and her father Jon went above and beyond to help me when I brought in some old jewelry that I knew nothing about. My Aunt had recently passed away, and I got a lot of her jewelry I knew nothing about, or if it even was worth anything, I didnt know where to start. I knew Id probably get ripped off at a pawn show, and knew Id need a place to resize and repair any pieces I wanted to keep. After a quick Google search, this was the first place that popped up, and it had great reviews, so I paid them a visit. Jon was so informative and patient with me as I explained my situation, and he quickly went through my jewelry and was so open and honest about what I had and the worth of everything. It was so pleasant to chat with his daughter and him while I waited, put me right at ease and I loved how friendly they are. I got a great deal for what I brought in, and even found a beautiful pendant to take home! I will definitely be back, they have my business and will be the only place Ill go if I need anything done!
