She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! Jim took time and reassured me it could be done would be beautiful. Jim and Angie were so kind and patient with me during the process, and the ring is beyond my expectation I absolutely Love it not only is it beautiful, but it really means so much to me one of the rings was my sisters ring she had before she was killed in a boating accident 6 years ago.
