The inviting vibe from the uniqueness of the store and the amazing store associates Jordan and Raven made this a wonderful shopping experience. These ladies were very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and helpful. Once Jordan explained that their wraps were one of a kind, I was sold on Earthbound Trading Co. They offer intention setting crystals, natural incenses, boundless journals, mood rings, clothing, graphic T’s, home decor, jewelry & more… Exceptional service ✅ Quality products ✅ Great prices ✅ Great location ✅ They are located inside the mall on level one near Forever 21 and the escalators.

5 /5 Cosset: Lyn and Zaniah were wonderful, absolutely amazing. I was walked through everything I asked about and shown more things I would like. I walked out with more things than I planned to get and I do not regret it at all. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I will definitely be returning.

4 /5 Heidi Michelle Molarius: I visited the Panama location and loved the whole vibe of the store. My friend and I obviously wanted to take everything in the store home with us but since we were on vacation I decided on something small for my new apartment. I chose the moon sun catcher. When I brought the one from the shelf to the register, one of the associates told me that she had one already boxed up and if I would like that one. I was happy to since I would be traveling out and about for the rest of the day and out of state after our vacation was over. My advice is to LOOK at the actual item that is PRE-BOXED before you buy it. Mine was damaged and I feel like the associate knew that the boxed one was damaged because her and the associate at the register shared a look when she brought the box up. I didn’t look at the item and that’s probably my fault. Luckily I was able to fix it with soap, water and an abrasive sponge but it’s definitely lost some if it’s appeal now that the holo effect is gone. I’m not rating the store less than 4 because it is a cool store, everything was a reasonable price, and I can’t honestly say it was intentional but it seemed that way. I was able to somewhat fix the item but it is also altered now. It’s just disappointing.
