Riley Vasilatos I had two rings that had sentimental value to me, but were not very expensive that needed to be resized. I went to Bernerd’s and they told me they could not resize silver at all. Kay jewelers quoted me $900 for resizing the rings(For reference, I bought the rings at a side of the store stand in Alaska for $20). One of the rings could not be traditionally resized because of the way the opal was set in the ring all the way around. I came here and was quoted $90 for the rings to be resized with a bar placed inside the ring in order to not damage the opal. The rings were not able to be resized the way that we had initially discussed, so the owner took it upon himself to resize them in a more expensive manner, by added silver to the entire lining of the rings. He also discounted the service for it taking longer than expected. Overall, I was highly pleased with the care that was given and the extremely reasonable price I was given. I can’t speak for the jewelry sold here, but I was well taken care of and accommodated. 5 stars.

Jillienne Farnsworth Wedding planning has been stressful, but this was the easiest and friendliest part so far. My fiancee had discovered this place while trying to get information about an engagement ring last year. Brett talked him through options, was very honest, and super helpful. So of course as we were searching for a place to purchase a wedding band, Decatur City Jewelers was our first choice. Brett gave us an honest perspective on what would be the best choice for my engagement ring. We were looking at a couple bands, and then he said he had a cool one in the back and came out with the perfect ring. He gave us a great price and it was literally such a simple process. He also cleaned my engagement ring and told us more about the history of the ring. It was so cool. And then my fiancee needed his grandfathers wedding band sized to his finger. Brett let us watch the whole process which was super interesting! He was honest about this process and what could happen, and it did end up breaking. However, Brett got in there and fixed it right up. You cant even tell! It looks perfect and even fits his hard-to-size finger. I am so happy we came here instead of some chain jewelry store. I didnt feel like I was being tricked or scammed here. It was a friendly environment. It is obvious that Brett knows what hes doing and he was kind and informative throughout the process.

Mary Christian The store Manager, Altemire, was amazing! I had no idea what I was looking for, but she showed me so many options. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cared about finding something I would love. I found something I absolutely love and will be proud to wear.

Gas Station Sushi I can not come remotely near explaining to you how large of a selection this treasure chest has to offer. This business is hard to describe as a store, or location, or place... It is an entity. There is so much here it literally engulfs you, and the people that host the experience (the people that work there) know what they have, know what they are talking about, and love to help you find your way through all the endless inventory in here. There is so much you cant simply browse, youll be there for days. With all that out of the way, I will comment on the pricing which is usually a touchy subject, its on point. If you are looking for 5 dollar pocket pals, they are there. If you are looking for a 80 pound amethyst cluster because you got it like that, they have that too. They have everything from the simple to the most exotic you could imagine, and they dont mind answering any questions you may have about origin or history at all. They love it all just as much as you do, legit. I saw specimens there that I was seriously blown away by. The funniest part about this review, my wife and I didnt even know we were going into a "rock shop" because it wasnt really advertised as one. We honestly thought it was like an antique store/jewelry store. In case this review seems off, check my other reviews, Ive been all over the country reviewing rock shops and what not and this one really did impress me. It really impressed me a lot. Im not joking about the pricing either, things are priced as they honestly should be. They are not priced by what Tic Toc says is popular right now (shots fired at trendy rock shop owners). I didnt get a chance to run these pics through any filters or anything before I uploaded them so they are just raw shots, but if anything it should give you a simple idea of the sheer volume of what is inside this place. If you are near this place, go there, and go there early because you wont want to leave.

M.R. Loyd My mom had a pair of earrings that had a post that broke. I contacted the pearl girls to see about trying to rescue this pair of Beautiful pearl earrings. Shonda Was so helpful and so incredibly efficient in helping me get these repaired. She gave me several options. She helped in Giving detailed pricing information and was very communicative through the whole process. Once the repair was done, we got them very quickly. The cost was Competitive, but the work was outstanding. My mom was so pleased with the way they turned out. This is not the first time that I’ve had the pearl girls make something for me nor is it the first time I’ve purchased something from them. I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied every time!

Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. The overall shopping experience is really fun! I have shown up a few times with my children: Jessica and Gladys were so engaging and charismatic. Theyve asked multiple times to return just for a visit!

Tameeka Williamson Awesome. It was such a pleasant surprise to enter TJ Maxx and then realized I was entering HomeGoods later on in my shopping journey. Both stores connect to make one huge store. Both had seasonal areas for Fall, Thanksgiving and Halloween. It’s always great to see the Home Town Georgia sports team apparel. I was greeted by a walking female employee during my tour. However I didn’t see that many employees for such a large store. The both also have a nice size pet, handbags, luggage and footwear section. The entire store was clean and organized. With 10 register there should never be that long of a wait. Unless it’s not fully staffed. Our cashier CARLIE was very friendly and she offered a pleasant smile. There are a few saying posted around both stores that describe this franchise well. Like “Savings that make you happy” & “Top brands just your style savings”.
