5 /5 Just MW: I had the pleasure of discovering this jewelry store after spotting it on my way to an appointment nearby. I was helped by Heather, who was very friendly and no-pressure (definitely prefer that!), and also met Jamie, who was just as nice and welcoming. I had been looking for a white gold and diamond pendant, and saw one I liked right away. I was thrilled when I heard that it was a custom made piece, because I am very much into more unique pieces that you dont see everywhere. Well, Jewelry Artisans definitely has a wide variety of interesting and more unusual pieces, along with high quality classic jewelry as well. I highly recommend this jewelry store, and I will certainly be back when Im in the area.

5 /5 Karen Friedman: I had Jewelry Artisans design an exact copy of a gorgeous diamond pendant which I had unfortunately lost. The whole process was done with so much care, and so much attention to detail that the finished product is EXACTLY what I wanted, and probably even better than the original. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jewelry Artisans for any custom jewelry you could ever want!

2 /5 Jalaya: When finding my engagement ring a year ago, it was a very nice experience and my fiancé even bought an additional pair of earrings along with it. However, we recently took it back to have them add sizing bumps to reduce the spinning on my finger. After initially being told 2 weeks, he was sent a text the day it should have been ready saying that there was a delay due to staffing and thanks for the patience. After calling the following week for an update (which at the time we were told it would be ready by that Saturday), it ended up being ready a month later and I’m very unhappy with the quality of work considering it was twice as long of a wait as what was expressed at drop-off. The clean up after the soldering was poor, and there are dark marks and scuffs present along the inside of the band now.
